Filming began on the second season of Ben Stiller’s workplace satire, to cutAnd anyone who survived the brutality cliffhanger who finished the first season one of the Best New Deals of 2022 You have to understand how awesome that is. Apple TV+ has also announced a number of cast additions for its second season, which makes sense, especially if this upcoming show delves deeper into the lives of Lumon employees. Some big names will be joining the waffle party fun, including Game of thrones Alum Gwendolyn Christie and John Noble margin.
Season 2 will complete the Lumon Industries micro-filter stories (played by Adam Scott, Brett Lower, Zach Cherry, and John Turturro) but add eight to to cutcast. Along with Gwendolyn Christie and John Noble, Apple TV + revealed that Bob Balaban (the chair), Robbie Benson (Beauty and the beast), Stefano Caranant (mirabilia), Alvor Dare Alfsson (the tourist(Alia Shawkat)search partyand Merritt Weaveratheist) will be part of the new group.
It’s unclear what roles these actors will play, and whether they’ll become part of the Le Mon family or folks out, but if I didn’t get a scene with John Turturro, Christopher Walken, and Bob Balaban, it would have sparked a riot. With the Innies finding out a bit about their lives outside of the office at the end of Season 1, it’s possible that some of these new characters are related to the MDR staff.
Signs announced that other integrated characters from Season 1 are also set to return in the next chapter. They include Patricia Arquette, Dishen Lachman, Jane Tullock, Trammell Tillman, Michael Chernus, and Christopher Walken.

The story revolves around Lumon Industries, a mysterious billion-dollar company with seemingly cult-like tendencies. Notably, it requires its employees to undergo a controversial procedure that completely cuts off the brain, preventing the worker from remembering anything about his personal life and vice versa.
Season one was full of spooky twists and turns, culminating in complete disarray after Innies discover it’s possible to awaken their action figures outside of Lumon’s walls. Curious about the lives of the families and families they went home to each night, they implemented “overtime protocol,” with the season ending with a suspense event that led to some Wild fan theories. (Goats, waffle parties, scary numbers!)
