Three people from Windsor were arrested in Chatham on Saturday after being identified as being involved in shoplifting incidents at two separate businesses.
Chatham-Kent Police Service was called to a business shortly after 5 pm on St. Clair Street near Pioneer Line regarding an alleged shoplifting complaint.
After police arrived, it was determined one suspect had also attended a second store and allegedly stolen further items.
Following investigation, the three people from Windsor arrested included a 24-year-old female, a 57-year-old male and a 51-year-old male. Each was charged for theft and possession under $5,000.
