President Biden says he’s outraged by Nichols’ video

President Biden spoke with Tire Nichols’ parents on the phone and offered his condolences before the video was released to the public. In a statement, Mr. Biden said he was outraged and deeply hurt by watching the horrific video. The president added that while the footage would justifiably cause people to be outraged, he joins the Nichols family in calling for a peaceful protest.
