Scottsdale cuts off the water supply to the local community

Drought conditions in Arizona have reached a critical point for one community just outside Scottsdale. Residents of the lonely hills community of Rio Verde are suing the city to restore water delivery services, which were cut off by severe drought conditions on the Colorado River.
