Joshua Issac Blalock, a St. Clair County resident, was among students receiving degrees from the University of Tennessee at Martin during fall graduation ceremonies held December 10, 2022 on the UT Martin campus in Martin, Tennessee .
UT Martin hosted two in-person commencement ceremonies to recognize the achievements of the Fall 2022 class. Each commencement ceremony was streamed live via Facebook and YouTube for those unable to attend.
