The tour will start on July 6, 2023 and will continue until the end of the month, July 23, 2023.

This tour news arrives alongside the announcement of the band’s latest album: The Who with Orchestra Live At Wembley. This new project will hit store shelves March 31, 2023, and will be available on limited edition colored vinyl as well as regular black LPs.

This tour will be the first time The Who has played Edinburgh in over 40 years.

Singer Roger Daltrey said: “Having not toured the UK for six years, it’s great that at this time in our career we have the chance to go to places not on the usual tourist map Edinburgh Castle and Derby, as well as other cities across the country that We haven’t been to it in decades, it will make it very special for me. This will give UK Who fans the opportunity to hear our current show, which, with the addition of an orchestra, takes our music to new heights.”

Pete Townsend added, “Roger initially intended this tour with his ‘Moving Ahead!’ Orchestra. “I love it. It’s what we both want to do. Moving forward, with new music, classic Who music, all performed in new and exciting ways. Taking risks, nothing to lose. I’m really looking forward to bringing this show to the UK.”
