But when Jack realizes it’s Morgen, a brainwashed Morgen quickly activates his light magic and instantly slashes Jack’s arm and punches a huge hole in Jack’s chest. At a moment like this, Jack can’t react quickly enough, and he’s already set Yami and the others up for a very tough fight against Morgen considering the kind of powers we’ve seen Paladins use in battles against Asta already. He’s definitely very emotional considering Yami’s past with Morgan in general.
