Justin Bieber's dad confirms tragic loss of cousin at 25 in poignant tribute

Justin Bieber’s father Jeremy has confirmed the sudden passing of cousin and family friend Clayton Soyka aged 25 in an Instagram post.
The devastating news was confirmed by the American singer’s dad in a poignant social media post uploaded on Tuesday, March 21.
According to several media reports, Clayton was referred to as a cousin and family friend to Justin Bieber and his family.
Tributes have poured out to Clayton from fans and many online followers.
Who was Clayton Soyka?
As per reports, Clayton worked as a sales executive in Ontario, Canada. On his Instagram bio, he described himself as a divorce and family lawyer. Clayton was 25 years old.
His most recent post dates back to January 29 when he shared a carousel of images of himself, while other online posts feature his friends and dog.
Clayton has also posted two pictures with Selena Gomez and a group of friends from a trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica in early 2018.
They all traveled to Jamaica in February of that year to celebrate Jeremy’s wedding to his wife Chelsey Bieber.

Taking to his personal Instagram page, Jeremy announced the passing of Clayton with a picture of the two and a touching tribute.
The poignant post includes a picture of the pair during a UFC match that took place back in 2018.
“Always had a soft spot for you,” Jeremy wrote next to the image. “Always seen the struggle in your eyes. If u only knew that it always gets better. You will be missed. So long @claytonsoyka rest easy.”
The cause of death hasn’t been confirmed to the public and media at this time.
In a 2015 Instagram post, Clayton shared a picture with the Bieber family and wrote: “Big shoutout to @justinbieber and the Bieber family for putting me in the family game, you guys rock.”

Many fans are mourning Clayton’s sudden passing and shared poignant tributes under Jeremy’s post.
“Life is so unpredictable, [Jeremy Bieber]. Take care of your son Justin more than a day you can’t,” one follower said.
“Had the pleasure to chat with him a few times, he was such a sweet person! RIP Clayton,” another one wrote.
Another one added: “I was watching his stories three days ago with his friends, and he was beaming. I’m sorry for you and your family, may he rest in peace.”
