Lori Vallow Daybell Children: Tylee Ryan And Joshua Vallow

Tylee Ryan and Joshua “J.J.” Vallow, two children from Arizona, went missing in September 2019, and their remains were found buried in their stepfather Chad Daybell’s backyard in Idaho in June 2020.

The last known video of J.J. was taken on September 23, 2019, and showed him playing with a friend.

His last confirmed sighting was at Kennedy Elementary School in Rexburg. On September 24, 2019, Lori contacted the school to withdraw J.J. from classes, claiming she would homeschool him.

The kids were last seen on September 8, 2019, at Yellowstone National Park with her mother, Lori, her brother J.J., and her uncle Alex Cox.

The children’s mother, Lori, and her fifth husband, Chad Daybell, initially claimed that J.J. was staying with a family friend in Arizona. Still, police efforts to locate him led to the discovery that Tylee was also missing.

The investigation into the children’s disappearances and Tammy, Chad’s ex-wife’s death, was intensified, with evidence collected and Tammy’s body exhumed for autopsy.

Investigators stated that the children’s lives were in danger, and Lori had refused to cooperate, choosing to leave the state with her new husband instead.

Lori Vallow Daybell- Murder Trial Update

According to the report, Lori Vallow’s trial is set to begin more than three years after her children, Joshua “J.J.” Vallow and Tylee Ryan, went missing from a rural town in eastern Idaho.

The investigation has uncovered bizarre details, including Lori’s claims of being a deity, her calling the children “zombies,” and her followers’ belief in her doomsday prophecies.

Lori and Chad Daybell have been charged in J.J. and Tylee’s deaths and the death of Chad’s late wife in October 2019.

The case started after Tylee and J.J.’s grandparents got worried about the children. They contacted Police shortly after Lori refused to talk to J.J. whenever they asked for him. 

After their grandparents contacted the police in Idaho, the Rexburg police department performed a welfare check on J.J. and Tylee in November 2019.

At that time, Lori and Chad, who had become Lori’s husband and had known Lori for months, reportedly lied about the children’s whereabouts.

This led to a more extensive investigation, eventually revealing disturbing evidence indicating that the children had been killed and their bodies were hidden on Chad Daybell’s property.

Daybell’s trial is set to begin in April 2023. If she is found guilty of the charges of murder, conspiracy, and grand theft, she could potentially face life imprisonment.
