The talented basketball player was born on 4 January 2004 in Le Chesnay, France. Victor Wembanyama’s parents are father Felix and mother Elodie de Fautereau.

Victor is from an incredibly athletic family. His dad Felix Wembanyama is a Congolese former track and field competitor who competed in the triple jump, long jump, and high jump.

His mother, Elodie, meanwhile, is a former basketball player turned youth basketball coach who taught Victor how to play basketball. She coached at Yvelinois Basketball Academy.

Victor’s grandfather, Elodie’s father, also played professionally in the 1960s, and was 6 feet 7 inches tall. His grandmother, Marie Christine, also played the sport.

Given the budding NBA star’s incredible height – he is listed at 7ft 4in – fans naturally wanted to know what Victor Wembanyama’s parents height is.

His father Felix is 6ft 6in, while his mother Elodie is 6ft 3in.

Victor has two siblings, Eve and Oscar Wembanyama, who are also basketball players. Eve Wembanyama most recently played as a Small Forward for Monaco in France – LF2 (W). She represented France to win gold at the 2017 FIBA U16 European Championships.

16-year-old Oscar Wembanyama also plays youth basketball.
