Concluding after its third season, Ted Lasso captured the rise of underdog football club AFC Richmond, who went from relegation to returning to earn second place in the Premier League, after everyone had counted them out. Amidst the drama on the pitch, AFC Richmond's players and staff underwent major character growth, much of which concluded in the season 3 finale. Like many shows, Ted Lasso ended with an epilogue montage, in which viewers noticed one off-putting CGI shot standing out.
