It’s been nearly a decade since The Expendables 3 and now Sylvester Stallone’s Barney Ross is back with a new team of elite mercenaries.

Expendables 4 aka Expend4bles shows off a slew of explosive action in the first trailer. The synopsis for the new movie reads: “A new generation of stars join the world’s best action stars in an action-packed adventure in Expend4bles.

Reunited as a team of elite mercenaries, Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture, and Sylvester Stallone are joined for the first time by Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson, Megan Fox, Tony Jaa, Echo Uys, Jacob Scipio, Levi Tran, and Andy Garcia.

Armed with every weapon they can get their hands on and the skills to use them, The Expendables are the world’s last line of defense and the team to be called upon when all other options are off the table. But new team members with new styles and tactics will give ‘new blood’ a whole new meaning.

Directed by Scott Wu, The Expendables 4 penned Kurt Wimmer, Tad Dagerhart, and Max Adams.

Stallone may be 76 years old, but we’d be very surprised if this was his last outing in the franchise.
