Final Fantasy 16 voice actors include Diablo 4 legend and Jamestown star

The magnificent Final Fantasy 16 is now out for everyone to enjoy, and one of the reasons its brilliant story is delivered so well is because of the voice actors for Clive, Cid, and the full FF16 cast.

Final Fantasy 16 is an exceptional experience that could well be a game-of-the-year contender come the end of 2023. It’s a massive win for Square Enix following on from the massively disappointing FFXV that was as much a headache for the studio as well as the fans.

While FFXV was an underwhelming tale following a goth boyband, FF16 is a dark and mature fantasy with exceptional performances from everyone. We were given a glimpse at the characters and world with the demo, but now every fan can fully step into the world of Valisthea.

Final Fantasy 16 voice actors

Below is the English Final Fantasy 16 voice actors cast list for Clive, Cid, and more:

All of the above come courtesy of IMDB and the game’s end credits.

Ralph Ineson plays Cid in FF16

Ralph Ineson is the voice actor for Cid Telamon in Final Fantasy 16.

If you recognize the voice, it’s because he’s a very notable actor with lots of recognizable films and television shows in his portfolio. He featured in Game of Thrones season 2 as the devil on Theon’s shoulder, Dagmar Cleftjaw, briefly in Peaky Blinders as Connor Nutley, and starred in The Witch as William.

However, where gamers will most recently know him best is in Diablo 4 where he voices Lorath.

Who voices Clive in Final Fantasy 16?

The voice actor who plays the main character Clive Rosefield in Final Fantasy 16 is Ben Starr.

This is another actor you may recognize from your television screen. That is if you’re a fan of the series Jamestown, where he played the role of Dr. Christopher Priestly during its two-year duration.

While most other credits are one-off appearances in TV series, Ben Starr does a magnificent job in FF16. He gives the character lots of depth, and his performance is so good it makes everyone instantly forget about the protagonist’s lame name.

Final Fantasy 16 is now available to enjoy on PlayStation for PS5 only. It is coming to PC sometime in the future, but not as soon as its PS5 timed exclusivity ends.

If you’re a massive FF fan, then the slate of gaming is amazing for you right now. Not only is FF16 incredible, but we only have to wait a bit longer for Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth to come out in early 2024.
