The Washington Wizards are finalizing a trade to send All-Star guard Bradley Beal to the Phoenix Suns in a blockbuster deal, according to multiple sources.
According to ESPN, Beal waiving his no-trade to form a formidable Big 3 with Devin Booker and Kevin Durant. The Suns are expected to send Chris Paul, Landry Shamet, multiple second-round picks and pick swaps to the Wizards.
Trade talks were said to have gotten serious in the last several days between the Wizards and the Suns.
Beal’s 11-year stint in Washington comes to an end
Beal’s agent Mark Bartelstein confirmed the trade via ESPN.
‘This was an extremely complicated process with so many different hurdles to get through and Ted Leonsis and Michael Winger were unbelievable partners in making this happen,’ said Bartelstein.
30-year-old Beal has spent 11 years with the Wizards, after being drafted No. 3 overall in 2012. The shooting guard is a three-time NBA All-Star and was selected to the NBA All-Rookie First Team in 2013 and the All-NBA Third Team in 2020.
Last season he averaged 23.2 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 5.4 assists per game in an injury-plagued season where he played 50 times.

Bradley Beal’s wife is Kamiah Adams-Beal, who is just as successful in her own right. The business owner and social media influencer was born in Brussels, Belgium, on March 20, 1993, and later moved to California where she pursued a career in acting and modelling.

She also regularly uploaded to YouTube on her channel The Beal Family, where she shares a behind the curtain look at her family life.
Kamiah met Bradley in 2015 and the couple tied the knot five years later.
The two have three children together, Bradley Emmanuel “Deuca” Beal, born in July 2018, Braylon Beal, born in August 2019, and Braxton Ezekiel, born in 2022.
Kamiah often shares photos of her family, and made a particularly heartfelt post on Father’s Day 2023. ‘The BEST dad! We love you more than words can describe. Thank you for being our rock! Happy Father’s Day Daddy,’ she said, sharing a photo of Bradley and their children.
