Tinubu loses Twitter verification badge day after inauguration as Nigeria’s 16th President

Popular micro blogging platform Twitter on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 revoked the verification tab of President Bola Tinubu’s account.

The distinctive badge typically granted to individuals holding the position of ‘Government officials’ is conspicuously absent from Tinubu’s account.

This is coming barely 24 hours after the same action was carried out on former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo’s account.
