Former presidential flagbearer of the New Nigeria People’s Party Presidential in the 2023 general elections Alhaji Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has been described as an indispensable pillar in the present political democratic dispensation.
Speaking at the launch of a book in honour of the politician, the Chairman of NNPP Support Group, Alhaji Abubakar Yslwa, said going by his pedigree and stature, Kwankwaso had crossed turbulent political waters in achieving his ambition as s political bridge builder.
According to him, the NNPP has come on board at the time the party was in need of a person of his calibre to move it forward, adding that the the meteoric rise of the party has took everyone by surprise.
He pointed out that with the sheer commitment of the former presidential flag bearer, the party was able to clinch power in Kano in spite of the dominance of the APC as the ruling party.
He, however, stated that the book was was written to showcase the good leadership attributes of Kwankwaso having his political career emboldened in order to serve as a role model to those who revered his political dynasty.
“We are here today to honour a great icon whose influence and standing in partisan politics is unprecedented and had risen to fame and stardom courtesy of his resilience and courage.
“The book is published to be distributed free of charge to our supporters for them to be kept informed of his stunning accomplishments in politics.
