There has been speculation for some time that Taylor Swift may be appearing in Marvel Studios' Deadpool 3 as a popular mutant hero, and this could be even more possible now. Deadpool 3 was confirmed to be in development shortly after Disney's acquisition of Fox was finalized in 2019, with Ryan Reynolds being the first X-Men franchise hero permanently making the move to the MCU. Since then, the rumor mill has been spinning about which other characters from Fox's X-Men franchise may be making cameo appearances in Phase 5's Deadpool 3, particularly after Hugh Jackman was confirmed to be returning as Wolverine, marking his first adventure in the MCU proper.
