All Portcrystal In The Game

In Dragon’s Dogma 2, you will need to do a lot of traveling around the map. Whether you are traveling around Vermund, Battahl, or somewhere between the two, you will need to travel a ton in the game to get where you need to be.

Thankfully, you can use Portcrystals to get around the map easier. Unfortunately, these do require Ferrystones, which can be a little difficult to obtain at times. However, here’s a list of all the Portcrystals, how to get Portable Portcrystals, and where to put them.

All Portcrystals

Unfortunately, there are only two Portcrystals in the entire game, and both are found in Vermund. Here are the places where they can be found:

1. Vernworth
2. Harve Village

If you’re unsure of where these are located, you can check the map of Vermund above. Each Portcrystal is marked by a red star. There is not a Portcrystal in BakBattahl, even in the later stages of the game.

All Portable Portcrystals

Even though there are very few real Portcrystals, you can use portable ones to get where you want to go. There are several of these in the game, so you don’t need to worry too much. Here’s a list of all of those Portcrystals.

1. Complete the quest Feast of Deception.
2. Complete the quest A Trial of Archery.
3. Bring your Pawn to the Sphinx during its second riddle (when it asks for your “most beloved”).
4. Ask the Sphinx to duplicate one when it asks for your most valuable item.
5. Purchase them from the Dragonforged for 20 Wyrmslife Crystals.
6. Purchase one from the game’s shop for $2.99 USD.

While fast travel can be annoying in the game, these portable Portcrystals make everything so much easier for players.

The Best Places To Put Portcrystals

After you have gathered your Portcrystals, you will need to find a place to put them so that it is convenient for you. Here are some of the best places to do so:

1. Sacred Arbor (as mentioned above, this Portcrystal isn’t unlocked until the game is almost complete and the Sacred Arbor is a great place to be)
2. Bakbattahl (putting it outside your house can be super nice)
3. Volcanic Island Camp (found near the end of the game)
4. Excavation Site (found near the end of the game)
5. At the Sphinx (near Mountain Shrine in North Vermund)

You want to place the Portcrystal in areas that you travel to frequently or areas that don’t have oxcarts that regularly go to them. This will help you out tremendously in the long run.
