KSI Eager to Return to Boxing After a 7-Month Break

Content creator and boxing enthusiast, KSI, has expressed his keenness to return to the boxing ring after a 7-month hiatus. Despite his absence from the ring since his decision loss to Tommy Fury, KSI is looking forward to making a comeback soon.

At a recent media scrum for Misfits event, captured by Fred Talks Fighting, KSI shared his experiences during his time off. He revealed that the break has left him feeling rejuvenated and more eager to get back into the ring. “The break is over. I feel ready to get back into the ring. I feel ready to smash more music…I feel ready to do everything,” he said.

KSI, who is also the co-owner of Prime Hydration, experienced his first boxing match loss in October 2023. He fell short to Tommy Fury via a unanimous decision. This marked the end of his flawless winning streak. Although KSI attempted to contest the result of the Fury fight, his appeal was not accepted, and the unanimous decision remained unchanged.

Since his loss to Fury, KSI has been actively expanding PRIME and taking holiday trips to Japan and Vegas. As of now, he has not announced his next opponent. However, his previous comments suggest that he is considering a rematch with Tommy Fury or a fight with Jake Paul, Conor McGregor, or Floyd Mayweather Jr.

The online feud between KSI and Jake Paul has been simmering for years. The two have hinted at settling their differences in the ring ever since KSI defeated Jake’s brother, Logan, in 2018. In a February 2024 interview, Misfits Boxing promoter Kalle Sauerland stated that KSI has “made it very public that he wants Jake Paul this year.”

However, Jake Paul is scheduled to face boxing legend Mike Tyson on July 20, 2024. This means that his ongoing feud with KSI will have to wait. Despite this, KSI’s enthusiasm for his return to the ring remains undiminished, and fans are eagerly awaiting his next move.
