Ride-hailing firm premieres documentary

Tech company, InDrive, recently premiered an eponymous documentary to tell its success story.

At the premiere of the documentary, which was held at the Radisson Blu Hotel on Victoria Island, Lagos State, during the week, viewers were taken on an epic journey through the narratives of individuals, who had been instrumental to the success of the firm.

The documentary offers a behind-the-scenes look at inDrive, featuring footage and candid stories from the founder and Chief Executive Officer, Arsen Tomsky, as well as other key figures. It delves into the initial vision and philosophy that drive the company, highlighting the impact the company has had on communities worldwide.

One of the standout stories highlighted in the documentary is the grassroots movement that emerged in frozen Yakutsk, Russia, against unfair taxi pricing practices. This movement eventually led to the creation of the company, which now operates in numerous countries.

Another inspiring tale is that of Obadiah, a Nigerian youth whose life had been transformed by the ride-hailing service, offering hope for a brighter future.

Directed by Emmy Award winner, Dan McCain; and a Greek producer, Theo Papadoulakis, the documentary showcases the resilience and determination of individuals whose dreams have sparked profound change.
