“Baba Nla” – Don Jazzy acknowledges Wizkid as he forgives his disrespect

Mavins Records boss Michael Collins Ajere, professionally known as Don Jazzy, acknowledged Wizkid after he disrespected him online.

A few hours ago, Wizkid reversed his comments about Don Jazzy and tweeted that the record label boss is an amazing human being.

This sparked the interest of Don Jazzy, who responded to the tweet praising Wizkid. He identified the young singer as a big man and also used emojis to describe how big he is.

“Babanla,” Don Jazzy wrote.

Recall that Kemi Filani reported how Wizkid threw the X app into disarray when he shaded Don Jazzy through his signed artiste Ladipoe.

Ladipoe had taken to X-Platform to mock Wizkid’s controversial statement that hip-hop is dead, and a fan of Wizkid had called his attention to the shade.

In reaction, Wizkid jabbed Don Jazzy, revealing that he was never chatting to anyone signed to an influencer, hinting at the fact that record label manager Don Jazzy was an influencer.

This led the music executive to unfollow him on social media.

Following this, netizens dug up a 2020 tweet of Don Jazzy declaring himself an influencer. In the resurfaced tweet, the Mavins founder sent a message to Air Hostesses urging them to become social media influencers. The music executive revealed that he had also turned full time influencer.

Following this, Ayra Starr reunited the Grammy-award-winning Wizkid and her boss with her new album, The Year I Turned 21.

Wizkid joined the millions of Nigerians to positively to the song on the X app. He acknowledged the wonderful work done by the singer and identified her as a ‘super star.’

This tweet earned a reaction from Don Jazzy who thanked Wizkid and called him as Big Wiz.

Don Jazzy responds, “Thanks Big Wiz .”
