The Croats scored within 2 minutes to secure the lead but failed to win.

Croatia and Albania finished 2-2 at Volksparkstadion in Hamburg as the Eagles allowed the Croats to take the lead but scored in the extra time to win a point.

Qazim Laci secured the lead for the Eagles in the 11th minute as Albania scored the 1st goal in the match for the 2nd straight match at Euro 2024, but this time, they won a point. The Eagles can regret it because they had the dominance during the 1st half and could have scored more goals against the Croats.

However, the Eagles didn’t give up, and Klaus Gjasula netted in the extra time to tie the result and earn a historic 1st point for Albania at the European championship.

The other two teams in the group are Spain and Italy as the favorites will play against each other tomorrow.
