Justin Timberlake’s DWI Mugshot Reveals ‘Glassy’ and ‘Bloodshot’ Eyes

Justin Timberlake’s mugshot was released by the Sag Harbor Police Department following his arrest for driving while intoxicated early on Tuesday, June 18. The 43-year-old singer and former NSYNC member was stopped while driving his BMW in the Hamptons after allegedly failing to stop at a posted stop sign and swerving on the road.

Authorities pulled Justin Timberlake over at approximately 12:30 a.m., noting various signs of intoxication. According to the police report filed in court, Justin Timberlake’s eyes were “bloodshot and glassy,” and there was a strong odor of alcohol on his breath. The report further detailed his inability to divide attention, slow speech, unsteadiness on his feet, and poor performance on all standardized field sobriety tests.

The incident took place after Timberlake spent the evening drinking with friends at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor. Despite his claim of having “one martini” and following friends home, the police stationed outside the venue observed him violating traffic rules shortly after midnight. When stopped, Timberlake refused to take a breathalyzer test, leading to his arrest for driving while intoxicated.

Justin Timberlake’s refusal to take the breathalyzer test, coupled with his poor performance on field sobriety tests, resulted in his arrest. His mugshot, showing “glassy” and “bloodshot” eyes, was released to the public, highlighting the physical signs of his alleged intoxication.

An insider revealed that the officer who pulled Timberlake over was so young that he didn’t recognize the Grammy-winning artist. During the interaction, Timberlake reportedly muttered, “This is going to ruin the tour,” to which the officer responded, “What tour?” Timberlake then clarified, “The world tour.”

Following his arrest, Justin Timberlake was charged with one count of driving while intoxicated and two additional traffic violations: failing to stop at a stop sign and not staying in the proper lane. Hours after his detention, Timberlake was seen leaving the police station wearing a black baseball cap, sunglasses, a grey vintage T-shirt, a black jacket, blue jeans, and white Nike Air Force 1 sneakers.

In the aftermath of the arrest, Timberlake’s lawyer, Eddie Burke Jr., commented on his client’s behavior, stating, “He was a gentleman. He didn’t show any entitlement at all. He did refuse the tests, but that is his right.”

The arrest has drawn significant attention, not only because of Timberlake’s celebrity status but also due to the detailed account of his alleged intoxication. The singer’s decision to refuse the breathalyzer test and the vivid descriptions in the police report paint a concerning picture of the night’s events.

As the legal process unfolds, Timberlake’s fans and the public will be watching closely to see how the situation is resolved and what impact, if any, it will have on his career and upcoming tour.
