As Deadpool & Wolverine is getting closer to its release, Logan actor Dafne Keen chimes in on whether X-23 will be part of the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe installment.

In a new interview with On Demand Entertainment for the new Star Wars series, The Acolyte, Keen was asked if she could reveal once and for all if she is going to be back as X-23 in Deadpool & Wolverine. As much as she would have loved to be part of the Deadpool & Wolverine cast, Keen responded that she will be seeing the MCU movie as a fan. She then extended that she would have loved to be back as Laura, saying “Listen up, Marvel!” Read Keen’s full comment below:

Of course it’s sad. I love Hugh and creatively, I love Ryan and I love Shawn. I’m really excited to see what they’ve made. I think Shawn is one of the best directors out there right now. Obviously, Ryan’s a legend. It would have been amazing to be part of it, but I’ll just go watch it as a fan, to see my old buddy in it.
