Abducted travelers along Sagamu-Ijebu-Ode expressway released

The Ogun State Police Command on Wednesday announced that four travellers abducted on the Sagamu-Ijebu-Ode Expressway on Sunday have been released.

This was disclosed in a statement by Omolola Odutola, spokesperson for the state command.

Odutola noted that those rescued along the Ogere axis of the Lagos-Ibadan expressway by the anti-kidnapping team of the state police command included one Mr Ola and three Indian nationals.

She said, “Mr Ola, Pujan, and two other Indian nationals, names yet unknown, have regained their freedom along Ogere inward Lagos-Ibadan expressway. Efforts are ongoing to arrest the fleeing suspects.”
