Serie A: Newly promoted club, Como appoint Cesc Fabregas as head coach

Newly promoted Serie A side, Como has appointed former Arsenal captain, Cesc Fabregas as the new head coach of the clubside.

Fabregas’ appointment was announced via a tweet on their X account on Friday.

The Spaniard signed a four-year deal with the club.

The former Barcelona star was assistant coach of Como before his latest appointment.

“Como 1907 is delighted to confirm that @cesc4official will become head coach of the men’s team on a four-year contract,” Como tweeted.

Como who gained consecutive promotions to the Serie A in just two years will be testing their might against established sides like AC Milan, Inter Milan, Juventus and Napoli.
