Why I returned $14,644 credited to my account – Nigerian man opens up

A Nigerian man, Akinola Femi, known as Lucky has explained the reason for returning $14,644 mistakenly sent to him by a crypto trader.

TheNewsGuru.Com (TNG) reports that Femi mistakenly received $14,644 instead of $100 he won in a giveaway from a crypto Trader, Raphael Yalvi.

However, Femi willingly returned the money after the crypto trader, Raphael called his attention to the mistake.

Excitedly, Raphael took to the microblogging platform, X to appreciate Femi for his kind heartedness.

The action has won the heart of X users as Akinola has been gifted over $5000 for his action.

Speaking, Femi said, “I won a giveaway of 100 dollars  worth of Solana from Raphael, he sent it to me, but he messaged me saying he sent 100 Solana which is worth 14, 644 dollars. He requested me to hold 10 and send 90 back to him in which I did.”

Femi further stated that he returned the cash because it was not his money. He added that he wanted the world to know there are still good Nigerians.

He said, “I can not keep the money. It is not my money. Righteousness exalt a nation. I wanted to tell the world that there are still good Nigerians and I am happy that I was able to achieve that. “

Femi also expressed appreciation to his pastor for teaching and inculcating the right value in the hearts of young people in his church.
