Protesters invade Buhari’s residence in Daura

Protesters on Thursday, August 1 stormed the Daura residence of former President Muhammadu Buhari in Katsina State.

The protesters gathered in their numbers at a location said to be the surrounding area of Buhari’s home.

They blocked the road linking Mai’adua-Daura and Katsina as they protested against hardship.

Meanwhile, hoodlums in their numbers hijacked the hunger protest in some parts of the state.

Some persons were injured and property destroyed in the process.
