Bauchi man tenders apology over title document 

A resident of Soro town in Ganjuwa local government area of Bauchi state, Saleh Haruna, has tendered a public apology for wrongly accusing Hon Mustapha Sallah over a titled document issued by Ganjuwa local government council.

In a letter of apology issued to newsmen and made available to Blueprint, Monday, Mr Saleh said his apology is, “In compliance with the judgement of Principal District Court No.4, Bauchi in suit No PDCBH/280/2021 between myself Saleh Haruna and Mustapa Sallah Zalanga.

“I hereby publicly apologise to Hon Mustapha Sallah in respect of false accusation over forgery of title document issued by Ganjuwa local government bearing the names: Salim Mohammad and Malam Lawan Ahmad, all situated at New Firo Extension layout with ownership no GLGA/WRS/142/80/V.I dated 10/August/2012.” 

He further explained that, “the said documents were purportedly forged by me and not in connivance with Hon. Mustapha Sallah Zalanga. 

“I deeply regret my action and hereby apologise for inconvenience this might have caused.”
