The Three Lions will return to the League A of the Nations League.
England won against Ireland at Wembley 5-0 and won Group 2 of League B of the Nations League as they secured their place back to the League A of the competition.
The home side had many chances in the 1st half but they failed to score despite dominating the whole time. However, Celtic’s defender Liam Scales received his 2nd yellow card in the 51st minute and left his teammates with 1 fewer player on the pitch that resulted in a nightmare for Ireland.
England scored 3 goals within 5 minutes soon after that as everything started when Harry Kane converted a penalty in the 53rd minute. Anthony Gordon doubled its team lead in the 56th minute as only 2 minutes later Conor Gallagher made the home team lead classical – 3-0.

After the 3rd goal, the Three Lions put the pedal on the gas, and they rested as much as they could already secure the most important task – to win the match and to return to the most elite group of the Nations League. Despite that, Jarrod Bowen scored another goal in the 76th minute to make it 4-0. Taylor Harwood-Bellis even scored 5th goal for the home nation.
