Gospel singer Dunsin Oyekan has stirred confusion among his fans with his latest post.

The award-winning gospel singer, who is set to turn a year older tomorrow, November 5th, shared a post counting down to his birthday. The singer shared a blurry photo of him and his two kids.

Dunsin Oyekan counts down to birthday

The photo setting got many of his fans confused as they thought it was a pre-wedding shoot.

Kemi Filani reported in March that Dunsin Oyekan was set to give marriage another shot 5 years after losing his wife. According to information, the gospel singer got engaged to a quiet lady who was not in the limelight last year, and all things being equal, they will walk down the aisle before the end of this year, 2024.

Recall that Dunsin Oyekan lost his wife, Doyin, in 2019 to an undisclosed incident, and the couple had 2 kids before Doyin’s demise.

In 2021, during a worship session at a church, he was invited to minister; Dunsin Oyekan sang one of the songs “I’ll be Here” from one of his albums and mentioned that the song came as a special word to him when he lost his wife in 2019.

In 2022, marking her 3rd remembrance, Dunsin expressed gratitude to his Maker as he noted how his wife loved and served God before her demise. He told her to keep resting.

In other news, Oyekan had survived a ghastly motor accident. The singer got involved in the accident while making his way to Ibadan from Lagos. According to reports, there was no loss of life, only a slight injury from a crew member.
