Kidnappers have demanded N300m ransom for the release of four children whisked away from their residence in Keke, Kaduna Millennium City.
The siblings, among which is a 2-year-old, were abducted on November 26 at about 9 pm.
The father, Yunusa Sarkin was away at the hospital to see his wife, who at the time was caring for their sick newly born twins.
I left the children at home including the 2-year-old boy with the sisters that night only to return home and discover they were missing.
“I suspect it was kidnappers that took them away,” Sarkin said.
However, two days later, the abductors contacted the father demanding N300m.
Sarkin told Daily Trust that the kidnappers also threatened to kill the youngest child because of his constant cry.
“They called me, demanding N300 million, and when I pleaded, I could hear them beating the children. I need prayers,” he said.
Their mother, Aisha Kabir, a chef, also took to social platforms to cry for help.
