Sterling K. Brown stars as a Secret Service agent accused of murder in the first trailer for Paradise, which serves as a This Is Us reunion. Created by Dan Fogelman, the upcoming Hulu series features Brown in the lead role after his memorable turn as Randall Pearson in This Is Us, which Fogelman also created. Paradise, which also stars James Marsden, Krys Marshall, Julianne Nicholson, and Sarah Shahi, is built around a murder that rocks an idyllic community, with Brown’s character quickly becoming a suspect as a far more sinister plot unfolds.

Hulu now shares the first trailer for Paradise, teasing lots of action, intrigue, and a political conspiracy in the thriller series. The trailer features Brown’s character being questioned about the murder by authorities before his character is then shown working in his capacity as a Secret Service agent at the White House. Marsden, it’s revealed, will be playing the President. A shocking reveal arrives toward the end of the trailer, with Shahi’s character covertly communicating with Brown as his character is interrogated. Check it out below:
