The fight scenes didn’t stand out as much, especially when Batman fought a group of thugs. Bale’s motions in the suit were sometimes awkward, and the choreography wasn’t too exciting. There’s an infamous moment where a couple of background fighters fall over without being hit during a fight with Batman and Catwoman, showing Batman’s fighting style wasn’t Nolan’s primary focus.

The Batman 2 Will Have Plenty Of Opportunities To Showcase Impressive Fight Choreography
The Batman – Part II isn’t premiering until 2027, so Reeves and his choreography team have plenty of time to orchestrate some impressive fight scenes. However, Batman should have many opportunities to show his skills as he tries to clean up Gotham after the events of The Batman and The Penguin. Many of Riddler’s followers are still roaming Gotham, trying to spread his word and spark a movement. Batman needs to clean up the remaining members of Riddler’s crew who may attack politicians or police officers.
With Penguin in charge of Gotham’s criminal empire, Batman will have many hoards of Penguin’s goons to get through if he wants to get to the top. Oz will have many people in his employ, conducting various illegal business or drug schemes throughout the city. Batman will have his hands full with Penguin’s new army, leading to many exciting fights as Batman thwarts Penguin’s plans. Viewers still have to wait a while for The Batman – Part II, but it will be worth it if Reeves can improve upon his first film.
The Batman Part II is the sequel to Matt Reeve’s The Batman, released in 2022, and will continue where the original film left off. The film shares a universe with the HBO Max original Penguin series and sees the return of the Riddler and a different incarnation of the Joker.
