The Adam Driver-fronted sci-fi action movie 65 premiered theatrically in 2023 and it has since enjoyed a home on various streaming services ever since. 65 follows Adam Driver’s Mills – a pilot who crash-lands on Earth 65 million years in the past during the Cretaceous period. While 65 had the potential to be huge, it did not find its audience in theaters. The movie had very little marketing, and the ambiguous name did not exactly give much away to casual moviegoers. Worst of all, 65 had some stiff competition, as Scream 6 was released the same week. Creed 3 was also in its second week in theaters too. As a result, 65 only made $32 million domestically and hit a lot $56.2 million globally on a $45 million budget. As a result, it was a massive box office failure and lost the studio a lot of money.

To survive, the two face off against prehistoric dangers, such as ancient terrain and dinosaurs, as they use Mills’ limited tools and whatever they can find to make it back to the future.
