SurrealEstate Cast & Character Guide: Who Is Plays Who In The Canadian Paranormal Series

The cast of SurrealEstate has offered up scares, tears, and laughs, playing characters trying to sell haunted houses to buyers with the right fit. In the Canadian paranormal drama series, Tim Rozon plays Luke Roman, a man with a tortured past who runs a real estate agency that deals with haunted houses. He has a team of agents and specialists who go into the houses, investigate what the ghosts and spirits inside want, and figure out the best buyers, or in some cases, purge the houses completely to protect the people wanting to live there.

The supernatural series premiered in 2021 on CTV SciFi Channel in Canada and was also broadcast on Syfy in the United States. In its first two seasons, SurrealEstate has developed a devoted following as the series focuses both on the haunted houses of the week and the overall mythology surrounding Luke’s past, the mysteries about what happened to his parents, and the personal lives and struggles of everyone working for him. With a third season on the way, the SurrealEstate cast appears to be changing, but the people involved all remain talented actors.

Actor: Sarah Levy plays Susan Ireland in SurrealEstate. She is a Canadian actress and the daughter of Eugene Levy (American Pie). She got her start working as a production assistant on her dad’s movie Cheaper by the Dozen 2 and then got her biggest early role in the Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts movie Larry Crowne. However, she remains best known for her role in the hit comedy television show Schitt’s Creek, where she plays waitress Twyla Sands opposite her father Eugene and brother Dan. However, she is not without powers, as she has pyrokinetic abilities that help her become more of a leader for the Roman Agency, which was not a good thing since she spent season 2 possessed.

Adam Korson as Phil Orley

Actor: Adam Korson plays Phil Orley in SurrealEstate. He started his career in small movies and by taking on small roles in popular TV shows like Degrassi: The Next Generation and 2 Broke Girls . Savannah Basley as Zooey L’Enfant

Actor: Savannah Basley was born in the United States but moved to Canada as a child because that is where her mother was from. She is a relatively new actress, with her first role coming in the short film White Lock, which earned the Special Jury Prize at the Amsterdam Film Festival. Art Hindle as Carl Roman: Art Hindle plays Luke Roman’s dad, Carl. Paul Ewan Wilson as Anthony Tamblyn: Paul Ewan Wilson plays Father Phil Orley’s husband, Anthony, in the SurrealEstate cast. Wilson has been acting since 2009, but he has a limited filmography. He has appeared in Frontier, Republic of Doyle, Forbidden Science, and Air Crash Investigation.

Joy Tanner as Rochelle Decker In SurrealEstate, Joy Tanner is a scientist who used to date and work with August Ripley.
