The SyFy Channel found its next big hit with The Ark, and the interstellar thriller is set to return for a brand-new third season soon. Created for the small screen by TV maven Dean Devlin, the series follows the spaceship Ark One as it transports the last remnants of humanity from a devastated Earth to the planet Proxima b. While on its journey across the stars, the ship suffers a disaster which kills most of its crew and leaves the remaining survivors with the difficult task of successfully piloting the battered ship to their new destination.
