Shimite Winifed, an aide to Delta State Governor, Sheriff Francis Oborevwor has passed away.
The Senior Special Assistant On Media to Delta State Governor confirmed her death in a statement released Monday, saying she passed in the early hours on Monday.
Winifed until death was a special Adviser to the Governor of Delta State on Trade and Export. She reportedly died due to domestic violence.
Details of the incident are still sketchy at the time of filing this report.
However, a report has it that she had a confrontation with her husband, Pastor David Favour, which led to her death.

“Until her death, she was the Special Adviser to the Delta State Governor on Trade and Export.
“She was such a beutiful woman with brains. She was a Politician, Policy Maker, MSME & Financial Literacy Service Provider, Export, Social Business Entrepreneur, Reputation Manager, Public Speaker & Media.
“I once invited her to my event and she was top-notch.
“We’ll definately miss her. My condolence to her family.”
