Hazbin Hotel Spinoff Helluva Boss Heads To Prime Video For Seasons 3 & 4

The world of Hazbin Hotel is set to expand, as Prime Video dives deeper into Hell and is set to host the spinoff Helluva Boss across the upcoming seasons 3 and 4. Releasing after the original pilot for Vivienne Medrano’s Prime Video adult animated musical comedy released in 2020, Helluva Boss takes a break from the redemptive efforts of the hotel and focuses on the dysfunctional assassins of I.M.P. Helluva Boss season 2 ended in December 2024 with a seasonal tale of estranged families and chaos.

Prime Video has now announced that it will be expanding the world of Hazbin Hotel by becoming the new home of Helluva Boss. Alongside a short video above featuring the two corners of Hell coming together for the first time, Prime Video shared that the two currently released seasons will arrive in fall 2025, while seasons 3 and 4 will debut on the streaming service before being hosted on YouTube after an undetermined period. Despite Shared Settings, Each Story Has Been Kept Far Apart

While both series are set in Medrano’s outlandish take on Hell, both Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel have never had a fully-fledged crossover between the two series. Medrano has previously expressed that she was initially reluctant to bring both corners of Hell together, with the discussion of legal rights involving the production of the two series further complicating things. However, each show did nod to the other through cameos and allusions to certain characters.

Alongside both series being on the same platform, making it easier for fans of one series to find the other, Prime Video joining the production of Helluva Boss allows the citizens of Hell to join together and properly interact for the first time. Therefore, many may be eager to see how Medrano’s changing stance could be reflected on screen.
