The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has confirmed that a major traffic jam has enveloped Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
This followed a fall of an articulated truck that overturned and spilled its contents near the Otedola Bridge, heading toward the toll gate.
Blueprint reports that the accident, which occurred on Tuesday, towards close of work, has made life difficult for motorists and residents returning from work and heading to their homes.
Emergency response teams, including officials LASTMA are currently at the scene working to clear the obstruction and ease the flow of traffic.
