A Nigerian lady who sends her friend ₦15,000 weekly has shared the unexpected response she got.
The lady, identified as @Queeneth0lox on the microblogging platform, X (formerly Twitter), shared that she sent her friend money weekly for five months.

However, her landlord reached out to her, informing her expired rent, while her back account was strained.
Meanwhile, she contacted her friend to inform her she would stop the weekly payment due to her unpaid rent.
In a surprising twist, her friend got upset with her and questioned why she didn’t inform her earlier.
” I expected a simple okay, I understand from her. Instead, she got angry. She said I was wicked for stopping without proper notice“, She stated.
Lady’s Post Raises Eyebrows
According to the X user, since stopping the weekly payment, her friend has been ignoring her calls.
The lady admitted that what left her stunned were suggestions that she should have informed her friend a week before pausing the payment.
“The part that shocked me. Some mutual friends said I was wrong. That I should have given her at least one week notice before stopping“, She added.
Although the identity of her friend remains anonymous, they share a deep bond.
