Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, popularly known as Yayi, has picked up the N50 million All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship nomination form for the 2027 Ogun State election.
The forms were purchased on his behalf on Tuesday.Senator Adeola currently represents Ogun West Senatorial District in the Senate.
His move is seen as a major step towards contesting the governorship, especially following his recent endorsement by Governor Dapo Abiodun and other APC leaders in the state.
