Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire Is Now Available On VOD

Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire makes its VOD debut after its theatrical run. Director Gil Kenan’s new installment in the decades-spanning franchise picks up after the Ghostbusters: Afterlife ending, following the Spengler family as they face a new threat in New York City. Despite featuring the return of original stars like Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, and Ernie Hudson alongside newcomers like Paul Rudd, Carrie Coon, and Mckenna Grace, the film was met with mixed reviews from critics and didn’t impress at the box office.

Now, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire is available to watch at home on most major VOD platforms, including Vudu, Google Play, Apple TV, Prime Video, and more. The film costs $19.99 for a 48-hour rental or $24.99 to purchase the title outright. There’s no word yet on when the new sequel will be coming to streaming.
