How Will What We Do in the Shadows End?

Chairman of the network, John Landgraf, previously explained that What We Do in the Shadows had a suitable run. Because the show was afforded a finale, rather than canceled on the heels of season 5, it should be able to complete any ongoing storylines, including Guillermo’s. After years of wanting to be turned, Guillén’s character soon realized that being a vampire came with moral challenges. In “Exit Interview,” he proved incapable of killing/feeding, and decided to revert back to his human life.
