A five-man panel of the Supreme Court on Thursday, voided the ‘Status Quo Ante Bellum” order imposed on the African Democratic Congress.
The panel rendered its verdict in a unanimous decision.
The implication of this, it is believed, is that the David Mark-led leadership of the ADC will be restored while the court case at the Federal High Court continues.
