Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has stated that he will purchase an Arsenal season ticket if the club completes a move for Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen.
Odumodublvck shared his excitement on social media as rumours linking Arsenal with the prolific striker gathered pace.
“If Osimhen goes to Arsenal, I’ll be a season ticket holder. God punish the devil,” he wrote.
Interest in the Nigerian forward has intensified in recent weeks, with Arsenal reportedly exploring attacking reinforcements despite a strong domestic and European campaign in the Premier League.
Questions around consistency in front of the goal have pushed the club to assess options ahead of the next transfer window.
Reports suggest Arsenal sporting director Andrea Berta recently held talks with officials from Galatasaray during a trip to Turkey, fuelling talk that the London side are closely monitoring the striker’s situation.
Osimhen’s form continues to justify the attention. The 27-year-old has scored 13 goals and supplied four assists in 20 league matches this season, building on a previous campaign in which he delivered 37 goals in 41 appearances across all competitions.
Turkish journalist Serkan Korkmaz added to the speculation, insisting the Nigerian is the club’s priority target.
“Arsenal’s target is Osimhen!” he stated. “The Arsenal sporting director and Özbek met last night [Sunday]. Any other claims about what was discussed in their private meeting are not true.”
The striker recently caught the eye again by scoring in Galatasaray’s 3-0 win over Fenerbahçe in the Intercontinental Derby, a performance watched closely by scouts from top European clubs.
Osimhen’s profile has risen steadily following his success in Italy and his consistent impact for the Nigeria national football team, where he remains a central figure.
