A presidential aspirant, Stanley Osifo, has purchased the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential nomination and expression of interest forms.
TheTimes Nigeria reports that Osifo picked up the forms on Tuesday and is set to challenge President Tinubu for the APC ticket at the party’s primaries.
